The FHDW offers you a variety of different measures to find your future specialist and management trainees. We maintain close contact with our applicants even before they start their studies. Thanks to the FHDW’s internal selection process and personal interviews, we not only know the qualifications of our future students, but also their personal potential. In this way, we bring the right applicants together with the right companies!
We also work with you to organize (school) events and workshops (e.g. an App Night) and career guidance events. We also support you in the creation of job advertisements or joint flyers. We publish your job advertisements in the FHDW job portal. These services are supplemented by direct contact with suitable applicants, joint social media activities, website networking and much more. We will find the best way for your company together.
The FHDW regularly organizes open days where companies can present themselves to prospective students. However, events at which the FHDW discusses social and economic trends also provide an opportunity for networking.
Numerous partner companies have already established joint HR marketing with the FHDW as a successful part of their employer branding!
