Practical relevance is at the top of the priority list both in the dual Bachelor’s degree course, where three-month theoretical and practical phases alternate, and in the part-time Bachelor’s program, which is organized on a part-time basis! This is the only way to learn what you really need in your working life!

With the dual Bachelor’s degree program, you decide for yourself whether you want to choose a permanent partner company for the duration of three years or get to know different companies during your studies.

You simply complete the part-time course alongside your job. We make sure that this is manageable and perfectly coordinated with work, leisure and family.

Nowadays, IT structures play an important role in all areas of the economy. The result of this development is a growing need for specialists who are familiar with both economic and IT contexts. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics provides you with a solid foundation for these professional requirements. If you value a particularly practice-oriented course of study, then you’ve come to the right place! Typical areas of employment after your dual or part-time studies are: Project management,
Software development, app development and design, IT management and consulting, customer management.

In the dual Bachelor’s degree program in Applied Computer Science, you will gain key qualifications in business administration, project management and IT consulting in addition to basic IT knowledge. A three-month theoretical phase at the university is followed by a three-month practical phase at the partner company. You can always complete the practical phases at the same company or you can switch. This gives you the freedom to decide which sectors and departments you would like to get to know.

– One week of attendance per semester (Mon. – Sat.)

– Lectures on average 2 times a month on Saturdays

– E-learning 4 hours per week in the evening

We recognize your achievements from your vocational training. This way you can start directly into the 3rd semester. This means that the part-time course only takes three years. You can find out what vocational training you need under “Requirements”. The exams take place on a continuous basis, which means that we can avoid a rush of exams and you have an even study load.
