Knowledge transfer
Personal development & leadership skills
International orientation
Knowledge transfer
We attach great importance to practical case studies that offer immediate added value for your company, whereby we always demand and encourage transfer performance and live a hands-on mentality. Issues relating to your company are dealt with as part of term papers and the Master's thesis. The results of this work can be used and implemented directly in the company.
Personal development & leadership skills
The second pillar focuses on your personal growth and the development of your leadership skills. Our program is also a journey of self-development and lifelong learning aimed at unleashing individual leadership potential.
International orientation
The third pillar emphasizes the importance of intercultural competence in today's globalized world. Our module "Intercultural Leadership" serves as preparation for the integrated excursions, during which you will gain insights into local companies and take exams to apply your acquired knowledge.
