As program director (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the success of the MBA program
responsible. Your main tasks will include recruiting students, continuously optimizing and developing course content and supervising students.lecturers and teaching assistants. They are responsible for the quality assurance of teaching in the degree program – and also take on their own courses amounting to 315 teaching hours
per year.
Your tasks
- Strategic and content-related design and further development of the MBA program
- Attracting interested parties and conducting consultation and selection interviews
- Scheduling and lesson planning for the degree program
- Introduction and supervision of lecturers and quality assurance in teaching
- Supervision and coaching of students
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in economics, with a doctorate and eligibility for appointment according to §36 HG NRW
- Many years of professional experience, preferably in leadership and management positions in Germany and abroad
- Several years of teaching experience in business administration and management
- Very good coordination and organizational skills
- High communication skills and social competence
- The ability to conduct lessons in German and English
