Certificate of general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur certificate) / certificate of full entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (school and practical part),
Your vocational school leaving certificate and the examination certificate (IHK) / last (intermediate) certificate from the vocational school,
current curriculum vitae,
a letter of motivation (1 page),

David Kennecke | Product Group Buyer

Hi, I’m David Kennke and I’ve been working at BAUVISTA since mid-2018 as a product group buyer for the plant, soil/fertilizer, animal, decoration and seasonal areas. Whether at work or in the garden at home, my motto is: “Creativity, passion and intuition make all the difference in your work.” Because that’s exactly what I do. With this attitude, I have found fellow campaigners at BAUVISTA! Flexibility and motivation determine our day-to-day work and never let it get boring. Between master data maintenance, trend scouting and much more, we keep each other’s backs free and are always available for our shareholders.

Organization:

A three-month theoretical phase at the university is followed by a three-month practical phase at the partner company. You can always complete the practical phases at the same company or alternate between different companies.

You should choose the part-time course if you have already completed an apprenticeship, are working and want to gain further qualifications alongside your job.

B.A.

Bachelor of Arts

Organization:

– One week of attendance per semester (Mon. – Sat.)

– Lectures on average every 2nd Saturday

– E-learning 4 hours per week in the evening

We recognize your achievements from your vocational training. This way you can start directly into the 3rd semester. This means that the part-time course only takes three years. You can find out what vocational training you need under “Requirements”. The exams take place on a continuous basis, which means that we can avoid a rush of exams and you have an even study load.

Partner Company

The Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) focuses on dual and part-time Bachelor’s degree programs in Business Administration, Business Informatics and Applied Informatics. The combination of theory and practice is the FHDW’s recipe for success. In the dual Bachelor’s degree program, learning phases at the university alternate equally with practical phases in partner companies over the entire duration. Around 550 companies are integrated into the FHDW cooperation network.
