In the Applied Computer Science degree program, you will learn everything you need to take on specialist and management tasks in the IT sector in companies of all sizes on your way to a Bachelor of Science: You will understand modern IT systems and be able to design complex software architectures. Mathematics, English, business administration, project management, IT consulting and communication round off your curriculum. After your studies, you will develop application and system-related software, manage systems and work as an IT project manager, software developer, software architect, system administrator, IT consultant or project manager.

The duration of the dual study program in Applied Computer Science is reduced from three to two years due to the recognition of examination results from IT vocational training. Students who have earned credit points (CP) in computer science at a university can also take this course.

Organization:
