OSMAB Holding AG is a group of companies specializing in real estate that has been operating as an investor, project developer and portfolio holder since 1992. It focuses on the development of logistics, residential and office properties. Other business areas include the development of building land and the asset management of its own real estate portfolio. The dual study program at OSMAB is a great alternative to an apprenticeship or a university degree. Not only will you expand your specialist knowledge, but you can also apply it directly in the start-up company.The three-year Bachelor’s program is offered in cooperation with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach in Bergisch Gladbach. You will study business administration in the specialization Business Management or Family businesses and SMEs. You will alternate between the university and the company every three months. You can discuss the fields of work in the practical phases individually with OSMAB; in principle, it is possible to work in the marketing, accounting, IT, finance, legal, HR and insurance departments.
