The dual study program with REWE digital

Since 2005, REWE digital has been cooperating with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach. At the FHDW and REWE digital, you can study the dual Bachelor’s degree programs Applied Computer Science and Business Informatics which start in January and/or October. When the program starts in January, additional training as an IT specialist in application development or system integration is possible.

REWE digital accompanies you not only through the practical phases, but also throughout your studies: Right at the beginning, you will take part in an introductory event with all new students and trainees of REWE Group – which is guaranteed not to be the last joint activity. Your personal development is encouraged through regular feedback meetings. It goes without saying that your commitment will be appropriately remunerated. REWE digital will also pay the full tuition fees at the FHDW.

During the practical phases, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and apply your theoretical knowledge in the real world! You will be deployed in various areas of REWE digital and support the planning, project planning, development and operation of REWE Group’s IT systems. Your assignment will be tailored to your strengths and interests. This gives you the opportunity to gain important experience in different areas. During your studies, you will get to know the areas of system operation, development, organization and in-house consulting, depending on your interests.
