REME attaches great importance to the individual development of junior staff – with the FHDW in Paderborn the company offers a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. In addition to the teaching of specialist business knowledge at the university, the practical phase at REME focuses on a high level of practical relevance by getting to know the various areas of application. The students pass through departments such as sales, human resources, accounting, purchasing, quality assurance, customer service, production, development and occupational safety and can thus get an idea of the areas in which their own strengths lie.REME’s dual study program aims to train qualified employees for the future. The aim is therefore to take on employees after completing the Bachelor’s degree.
