With the dual study programs in business administration (specialization Business Development Management) and business informatics in cooperation with the FHDW in Bielefeld, COBUS provides its employees with practical training. During the practical phases of their studies, students are integrated into operational processes. Students of business informatics deal with initial and advanced programming in the course of customization development in the ERP area and accompany ERP consultants to customer appointments. In this way, they learn the necessary “tools of the trade” to plan and implement IT projects.

COBUS ConCept supports the students not only during the practical phases of their studies, but also by providing a scholarship and paying the tuition fees. After completing their studies, students have the opportunity to take up employment at COBUS ConCept, ensuring a smooth transition into working life.
