What can students expect?

Experience at clavis has shown that the combination of academic teaching and practical work experience offers the ideal entry into professional life. Since 2011, clavis has been cooperating with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach. Bachelor students of business informatics and applied informatics complete their practical quarters at clavis at the company’s location in Cologne. During the five practical phases, they are involved in the projects and build up expertise in SAP technologies and project management:

• Practical phase I: Introduction to SAP technologies
  Introduction to the SAP modules and introduction to project management
• Practical phases II and III: In-depth study of SAP technologies
  Analysis and implementation of the project task as subject-related practical work
• Practical phase IV: Specialization
  Project support in the areas of consulting, development or administration
• Practical phase V: Bachelor’s thesis
  Bachelor’s thesis with practical relevance from the clavis portfolio

From the very beginning, students at clavis are seen as fully-fledged team members. clavis pays the full tuition and examination fees of the FHDW and also supports the students with a monthly allowance.
