Together with the FHDW at the Paderborn Campus portavice GmbH is looking for committed young professionals for a dual Bachelor’s degree in business informatics with a specialization in Business Process Management. Right from the start, you will work actively at portavice during the practical phases and thus get to know the work in an IT department early and comprehensively. portavice attaches great importance to intensive training and comprehensive support for its students.What exactly will your practical phases look like? You will support Consulting in recording, analysing, visualizing and describing customer requirements and processes. You will be constantly developing and expanding your knowledge, in particular by familiarizing yourself with the customers’ application domains. Together with your colleagues, you will design, develop and expand software applications (desktop or web-based) and document them.
What you bring with you
- School-leaving certificate with general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (Abitur or Fachabitur) with good grades in mathematics, computer science and English
- Experience in one of the common programming languages such as PHP, C# or Java as well as knowledge of databases
- Great interest in IT processes and systems
- High willingness to learn and perform
- Structured, independent way of working
- Ability to communicate with customers, ability to work in a team
- Fluent in German and English
