You are studying Business Informatics at the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach or Mettmannalternating between theoretical phases at the university and practical phases at proALPHA. During your practical assignments (at the branch in Solingen), you will support your colleagues in areas such as programming customizations, implementing extensions and presenting business processes within the ERP software. In cooperation with the software developers, you will work on exciting topics relating to proALPHA (e.g. the integration of interfaces to other software products) and accompany the IT consultants during the introduction of the proALPHA ERP system at the customer.

With the successful completion of your studies …
… you plan and develop operational information and communication systems. Your focus will be on mapping and optimizing business processes in the various areas of the company. As a business IT specialist, you will advise your clients, analyze the initial organizational situation and develop and implement the target concept.
