You will get to know the holistic consulting concepts and support the consultants and managers in their day-to-day customer care. Later on, you will take on responsibility and develop initial concepts and presentation options as part of a team. As a manager, you will continuously develop your team and build up your own company alongside your studies.tecis promotes your strengths in personal coaching sessions, because you should have the opportunity to develop the way you want to every day. To this end, you will complete training at tecis to become an IHK-certified insurance specialist and financial investment specialist alongside your studies.
