Wolk & Nikolic After Sales Intelligence is a neutral information and management consultancy network specializing in the automotive aftersales market in Europe. Wolk & Nikolic analyzes the automotive aftermarket in detail and develops individual, future-oriented solutions for companies in the automotive aftersales market. The service provider conducts Europe-wide market research on its own account as well as on behalf of exclusive clients. The many years of industry know-how is applied in strategy consulting through to the implementation of concepts for various market participants. The consultancy has 12 employees in Cologne and is supported by a network of around 30 after-sales specialists throughout Europe.
Dual study program with Wolk & Nikolic
Wolk & Nikolic After Sales Intelligence offers FHDW students from the study programs Business Administration and Business Informatics an exciting environment with practical tasks. As part of their studies, working students are involved in internal processes and customer-related projects. Depending on the focus of their studies, they work in responsible areas of market research, preparation of in-house studies and/or in complex IT projects.
Wolk & Nikolic After Sales Intelligence has been able to supervise at least one working student over the past six years. After graduation, there is the possibility of a permanent position, so that the students’ entry into professional life is smooth and the knowledge they have acquired is put to good use.
Requirements for students
- Team player and strong communicator
- Enthusiasm, commitment and a high willingness to learn
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Familiar with the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Existing professional experience an advantage
