Dual study program with the steel professionals
As an expanding company, Böllinghaus Steel relies on qualified junior staff and has been successfully cooperating with the FHDW since 2013. In cooperation with the FHDW in Mettmann Böllinghaus Steel offers students the opportunity to complete a dual Bachelor’s degree in business administration specializing in
Böllinghaus Steel also offers committed junior staff who already have a university degree attractive development prospects: alongside their work at Böllinghaus Steel, they can complete a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Sales.
During the practical phases, students work actively at the Hilden site and occasionally also at the production site in Portugal and are integrated into the operational processes. All students receive a laptop as a work tool for the entire duration of their studies. The Bachelor’s thesis is written and supervised with direct practical relevance in the company.
