The dual study program at ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG

Since 2016, ERGO Consulting and Sales has been training young, ambitious people in cooperation with the FHDW in Mettmann and the Berufsbildungswerk der Versicherungswirtschaft im Rheinland in the business administration course with a focus on financial sales. As a dual student, you can expect a combination of study, training and practice. You will learn the fundamentals of business administration at the university of applied sciences and deepen your knowledge in practical sales work. This requires a high level of commitment and self-motivation from you. After three years, you will be rewarded with an academic title, an IHK professional qualification and excellent career opportunities.

After passing the examination, ERGO Consulting and Sales offers its graduates a job in sales. They start as sales assistants in the salaried field sales force, in order to embark on a career as a manager or specialist or to prepare the way for self-employment with in-depth professional experience. Graduates can also go straight into self-employment. In this case, they set up their own companies as independent sales partners or strengthen existing agencies as team partners.

  • You will also acquire the IHK qualification as a businessman for insurance and financial investments (m/f/d)

  • You have completed the advanced technical college entrance qualification or the Abitur
  • You have a class B driver’s license
