As a student of tourism or (international) business management in Bergisch Gladbach, you can expect a varied and exciting office job during the practical phases of your studies, in which you will be actively involved in many different areas. One half of your work will involve organizing and helping to shape day-to-day business. This includes telephone and written contact with customers and French partners, preparing travel documents and following up on customer satisfaction. The other half of your work will involve independent projects from purchasing to marketing. You are not just one of many people who only see a small part of the world of tourism. What you bring with you
- A place to study, preferably with a focus on tourism, business management or international business
- Impeccable knowledge of German and preferably also French
- Good knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel and a high affinity for the Internet
- Friendly and committed communication behavior towards the team and customers
