Located on Cologne’s Eigelstein, in the heart of Cologne, neusta webservices GmbH currently employs around 40 people and develops modern digital experience platforms for major clients based on established enterprise software such as FirstSpirit, Magnolia and Liferay. The team neusta network covers all areas – from conception and UX design to technical implementation, ongoing support and hosting.

As part of the dual study program, you will be closely involved in operational processes and project teams right from the start.

Applied computer science

During the practical phases, you will work with your colleagues on topics such as the development of responsive web front-ends based on current standards and frameworks or the development of Java-based software components. Here you will deal intensively with topics such as object-oriented development, software and E2E testing, agile project management and DevOps.

Business informatics

In the practical phases, you will combine your theoretical business knowledge and IT skills with practical project work. This will give you the opportunity to deepen your skills in the development of modern web and portal projects – and also the chance to play an active role in project organization and project management.
