Be­Be­Fam

The project BeBeFam (Benchmarking and Benchlearning in Facility Management) aims to develop a pioneering service platform that enables the comparison and optimization of services in facility management.

In practice, large companies already have systems at their disposal to compare service providers and make informed decisions. Real estate operators or providers of facility management services, on the other hand, do not have access to a platform that can anonymously compare processes or costs and provide best practices. This often means that existing potential for improvement remains untapped.

BeBeFam closes this gap with a software platform that serves as a framework for various services. Two central services are being developed in the project:

1. Operating cost comparison and predictionUse of modern machine learning methods to make operating costs comparable and predictable.

1. GenAI-based contract designDevelopment of an AI-supported solution for the creation of output-oriented contract drafts and monitoring infrastructures.
