Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB NRW) is the owner and lessor of almost all properties in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and thus manages one of the largest and most sophisticated real estate portfolios in Europe. BLB’s services include environmentally friendly development and planning, construction and modernization as well as the management and sale of technically and architecturally highly complex properties. What you can expect

In the Business Informatics degree program, theoretical phases at the FHDW alternate with practical phases in the company.

What the SU offers you

In addition to an attractive monthly allowance in the form of a study grant, the SU will reimburse your tuition fees at the FHDW.
Upon successful completion (at least satisfactory) of your studies, SU will offer you a permanent full-time employment contract.
If your study results are outstanding, you can expect extensive support measures on the way to a Master's degree in a coordinated study program.
Even during your studies, you have the opportunity to attend further training courses at SU's own training facility in Gelsenkirchen.
