Theory or practice? Training or studies? It’s good when you don’t have to decide, but can explain yourself confidently: I’ll do both. Together with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach CURRENTA offers the dual study program for business IT specialists (m/f/d). First, you will start training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on application development and at the same time study Business informatics with a focus on IT consulting. This means that you are already moving in both worlds during your training – you study within the framework of scientific research and at the same time experience the connection to daily practice. Business IT specialists work in all specialist areas in which information and communication technologies are used. They advise customers when business issues need to be mapped or solved using IT systems. They translate the requirements into the language of IT.
