Theory meets practice – what you can expect at DIXENO

Based in Paderborn and with branches in Arnsberg (Neheim), Hamburg and Berlin, DIXENO offers a young, flexible and informal environment with around 40 employees. Your theory time at the FHDW in Paderborn alternate quarterly with the practical phases at DIXENO in Paderborn. This allows you to apply, deepen and expand the knowledge you have learned directly in real customer projects.

During your time at DIXENO, you will get to grips with exciting e-commerce topics. You will be actively involved in projects right from the start and gradually take on more and more responsibility. You will receive internal and external training in line with your activities. In addition to exciting tasks and projects, flat hierarchies, personal interaction and a young team await you. DIXENO’s location on Le Mans Wall in the immediate vicinity of Paderborn city center also offers many other advantages.
