WDS GmbH combines two divisions under one roof: while WDS.care offers innovative care advice and training throughout Germany, WDS.media bundles all the disciplines of a full-service communications service provider – from simple promotional flyers to strategic marketing planning. Even though the two divisions can synergistically complement each other’s expertise at the customer’s request, they generally operate independently and autonomously in their respective market segments. WDS.media division – creativity squared
The WDS.media division has been in existence since 1996. Starting out as a pure multimedia agency, the division has developed into a full-service communications service provider over the last 20 years.From the conception of a networked communication strategy to the design of annual reports and brochures, the programming of websites and the creation of high-quality content, WDS.media offers a wide range of services in the various online and offline channels. As an expert in marketing and communication, WDS.media is not only the point of contact for its own customers, but also creates important synergy effects for WDS.care and its customers.

Customer and employee orientation determine the actions of WDS GmbH. Flat hierarchies, direct communication channels, open feedback, regular exchanges and responding to customer wishes are part of our corporate culture. Further training and communication are very important. Despite the supra-regional company structure, regular team meetings take place. They are divided into the areas of consulting, instruction and training in care, administration and management, data acquisition, project management, graphic design, text, programming and IT.
The locations of WDS
The company headquarters of WDS GmbH is located in Lippstadt. This is home to the administration and management, data entry, project management, graphic design, text, programming and IT departments. The Bonn site is home to the WDS Human Resources department. The areas of consulting, instruction and training in nursing care are coordinated from the Essen site. The service center for telephone care advice is also located in Essen. Sales, product development and scheduling telephony are managed and carried out from the Ennigerloh site.The nursing staff are distributed throughout Germany in order to be able to offer and provide the services of WDS GmbH in the areas of advice, guidance and training in nursing care throughout the country.

Fields of work during the practical phases or after graduation
