The dual study program at Vorwerk Autotec
During your three-year course, you will alternate between theory and practice on a quarterly basis. You will complete the three-month theoretical phases at the FHDW in Mettmann. During your practical phases at Vorwerk Autotec, you will work in all commercial areas of the company such as Supply Chain Management, Controlling, Quality Assurance, Financial Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing and Sales. You will support your colleagues in day-to-day business and supervise various projects.At Vorwerk Autotec, you will be assigned independent and responsible tasks, get to know all company processes from a business management perspective and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice.

What you bring with you
- Successfully completed high school diploma
- Enthusiasm for commercial processes and economic relationships
- Good grades in math, German and English
- Good IT skills and experience in MS Office applications
- Enjoy working with numbers and data as well as planning and organizing work processes
- Ability to work in a team and precise working methods with attention to detail
- Initiative, analytical skills and commitment
