Right from the start, you will work actively in the various teams during the practical phases and thus get to know all the tasks and areas of application early and comprehensively: Software development frontend (cloud/mobile) and backend, project management, support, sales, IT infrastructure and quality assurance. SERVICE 1 attaches great importance to good induction and first-class support. To this end, every student is supported by trainers and mentors who are always available. At SERVICE 1, everyone is on a first-name basis. Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths allow you to contribute your own strengths and experience. Responsibility and self-organization are trained in your own projects. In addition to the salary, SERVICE 1 pays all tuition and examination fees and offers subsidies for travel costs and membership of selected fitness studios (Wellpass).
