SE PADERSOFT GmbH & Co KG is an innovative IT company with headquarters in Paderborn and an additional office in Munich. Around 100 employees work in constructive teams to program and market merchandise management software for retail companies of various sectors and sizes. The UNITRADE® product developed in-house consists of the core ERP, store (B2C and B2B) and other modules and smartphone apps. These can be operated on premise at the customer’s premises or in the cloud. The most important technical components are C# /.Net and Java in conjunction with Oracle databases.

Dual study program with SE PADERSOFT
SE PADERSOFT cooperates with the FHDW in Paderborn in the Business Informatics and Applied Informatics degree programs and offers students the opportunity to complete a dual study program. The students receive good financial support, are involved in practical work and are fully integrated into the respective development teams. For example, participation in company events is a popular option in addition to everyday working life, which also promotes social interaction with colleagues throughout the company. After completing their studies, students are offered the opportunity to continue working in the respective area of practice.
