For Evangelische Kliniken Rheinland, the digitalization of its business processes is a central component of the company’s development. They are therefore looking for employees to take part in the dual study program in business informatics with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree. The course takes place at the FHDW campus in Bergisch Gladbach while the practical assignments take place at the Evangelische Kliniken Rheinland (EKR).The Evangelische Kliniken Rheinland offers you:
- a 3-year dual course of study in business informatics at the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach with a specialization in IT consulting
- a practice-oriented university education through a combination of theory and practice with quarterly alternation between university and company

During the practical part of your studies, you will work in the following areas:
- Ensuring the trouble-free and high-performance routine operation of IT systems
- IT systems support
- Determining user requirements, planning and implementing application solutions as well as advising and training users
- Designing a service-oriented and efficient software landscape by integrating existing and new IT systems in cooperation with the administrative and medical departments
- Implementing complex IT projects with users from different professional groups and suppliers
You have:
- Advanced technical college certificate or general higher education entrance qualification with a good grade in mathematics, German and, if applicable, computer science
- Successful participation in the FHDW selection procedure
- Good PC skills and initial programming experience
- Enthusiasm for IT and business management topics in a medium-sized healthcare provider
- Good teamwork and communication skills with colleagues from different professional groups
- Initiative, commitment and perseverance
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a team
- Interest in analyzing, structuring and planning complex projects in the field of digitization
