Dual study program at OBI
With a dual study program, you will become a specialist in OBI IT – regardless of whether you want to program yourself or prefer to drive innovative projects forward. You turn the right screws to ensure that all processes run smoothly. Because IT is the crucial cogwheel – whether at the checkout in the store, in the online store or at the desks in our head office. OBI offers two study programs in cooperation with the FHDW:
Dual study program Bachelor of Science – Business Informatics
Are you at home in both the world of technology and the world of business? Then OBI is the right place for you with the dual business informatics course. At the OBI central locations in Cologne or Wermelskirchen, you will develop new solutions for various business processes and model them using state-of-the-art hardware and software. This allows you to put theory directly into practice. At the same time, you will receive theoretical input at the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach.
Dual study program Bachelor of Science – Applied Computer Science
Were you already an absolute number cruncher at school and understand technical issues at first glance? Then the dual study program in Applied Computer Science is the right choice for you. At the OBI central locations in Cologne or Wermelskirchen, you will get to know the various departments of the large IT division and can put theory directly into practice. In addition to the (further) development of various software solutions, you will be involved in projects and help to shape them. You will learn the theory at the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach.
