Students of the FHDW from the study programs Applied Computer Science and Business Informatics have the opportunity to apply their skills in challenging projects and become a direct part of the team. This results in the perfect symbiosis of theoretical university knowledge and real practical projects at LEONEX.

At LEONEX, the well-being of our employees is our greatest asset. “Encourage and challenge” is the motto. This categorically rules out boring “test projects”. All employees have an equal say when it comes to technical or conceptual issues. Ultimately, the best argument must be the deciding factor.

The young LEONEX team is looking forward to active support and new impulses. This is encouraged by a flat hierarchy, lots of exciting team events and the “right stuff” at work (free drinks and snacks). It is therefore not surprising that the practical phases after graduation are often followed by a seamless transition to a permanent position, which is the fundamental aim of LEONEX.
