As an online marketing agency, keyperformance helps companies of all types and sizes achieve sustainable growth in the areas of search engine optimization, search engine advertising, social media, web design/web development and email marketing. keyperformance GmbH has been around since 2020 and the team now consists of 14 employees and is constantly growing.
Dual study program at keyperformance
Together with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach, keyperformance offers the Bachelor programs Business administration with a focus on online marketing and e-commerce and business informatics with a focus on software engineering programs. During your dual studies, keyperformance will accompany you and provide you with advice and support. You will spend your practical phases there, where you can try out all areas of the agency, acquire endless specialist knowledge and gain a wealth of important experience.
The increasingly sought-after online marketing industry offers young graduates a wide range of opportunities and areas in which they can develop. After working with keyperformance, you will have the necessary knowledge and practical experience to identify and implement the right marketing measures for companies. During your practical phases, you can try out the areas of search engine optimization, search engine advertising, project management, sales, social media and web design/web development.

What you should bring with you
- you have the general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences
- you have successfully participated in the FHDW selection process

- you have enthusiasm, team spirit and a desire to learn new things
- you have a very good command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
