Now in its fourth generation, KALDEWEI has been passionately dedicated to combining the materials steel and enamel since 1918. At the company’s headquarters in Ahlen, Westphalia, KALDEWEI manufactures products that are exported all over the world. The dual study program at KALDEWEI

In order to harmonize the future of the company with the future of the prospective dual students, KALDEWEI is looking for junior employees who are interested in sales management, international business, online marketing and e-commerce or business informatics. Just as at KALDEWEI steel and enamel become an extraordinary combination, the dual students should also combine a first-class theoretical education at the University of Applied Sciences with exciting practical phases in the company.

After gaining an all-round insight into almost all departments of the company, students at KALDEWEI work actively in teams, project groups or in close cooperation with a specialist from the very beginning. This enables them to acquire both specialist and interdisciplinary knowledge and skills, so that they are quickly able to gain a holistic overview of projects and independently take on tasks within a project. With the aim of training experts in the company and the sales world, it is a matter of course for KALDEWEI to introduce the young talents directly to international customers and business partners and to have them carry out challenging presentation tasks. Distinctive personalities and important soft skills are thus developed through a balanced relationship between support and challenge.

You have a university qualification (FHR or general higher education entrance qualification) and good grades.
