Through your commitment, you help customers to achieve their big and small goals in the long term and protect them against impending risks such as old-age poverty and occupational disability. HORBACH supports you in achieving your career goals quickly and safely. You study dual business administration at the FHDW in Paderborni.e. you will have theoretical phases at the university and complete your practical phases at HORBACH. Parallel to your studies, you will receive further training (in accordance with § 34 d GewO) to become an insurance specialist (IHK). In addition, you can gain further qualifications and complete training at the HORBACH Academy to become a specialist or manager with further Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications.
