Co­ope­ra­ti­on with GVV mu­ni­ci­pal in­suran­ce

For over 100 years, GVV-Kommunalversicherung has been offering customized insurance concepts and services for municipalities, municipal companies and savings banks. As a direct insurer, the subsidiary GVV-Privatversicherung AG offers private customers insurance products that have won many awards. Today, around 330 employees at the Cologne and Wiesbaden locations ensure the satisfaction of municipal members and customers in the private business.
Combining training and studies
In addition to the classic training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d), GVV offers the following in cooperation with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach also offers a dual course of study in business informatics (B. Sc.). As part of the 3-year dual study program, future junior employees can combine exciting campus life with the challenging world of work. The theoretical phases at the FHDW, which last several months, impart the theoretical knowledge that is then applied directly in the subsequent practical phases in the various IT teams at the Cologne site. Flexible working hours create space for the individual design of one’s own work-life balance.

Of course, GVV covers the full tuition and examination fees of the FHDW and also pays an attractive training allowance. This allows you to concentrate fully on your studies. After completing your studies, you will have excellent career opportunities at GVV.
