What does the company offer students?

In addition to the collectively agreed training allowance, the car dealership group also pays the tuition and examination fees. What are the prospects?

During the practical phases or after graduation, students specializing in Automotive Management will work in the service, new car sales and used car sales departments as well as in the key account department. One perspective could be, for example, sales consulting for new and used vehicles and, after about five years, taking over sales management. In the long term, development to center management is possible.

Students specializing in business management, financial sales, retail management and SME management have their tasks in particular in accounting, scheduling and auditing, controlling or in the HR department. After around five years, it is conceivable that they could become team leaders in accounting or in the HR department. In the long term, development to divisional management is possible.
