Cooperation with DVAG

In order to attract highly qualified high school graduates, Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG (DVAG) offers a combined study program in cooperation with the FHDW. DVAG is an important cooperation partner of the FHDW at the Marburg campus.

The junior staff study Business administration with a focus on financial sales. DVAG students are placed in one of the more than 400 DVAG head offices in Germany. DVAG offers 60 places per summer semester. In addition, DVAG guarantees students who complete their studies an attractive job with excellent career opportunities.

This offers students numerous advantages: studying and vocational training in one and living and learning under one roof at the Marburg campus.

The DVAG

With over 3,400 branches and offices, Deutsche Vermögensberatung serves 6 million customers in the areas of finance, pensions and insurance. Founded in 1975 by Prof. Dr. Reinfried Pohl, the company is Germany’s largest independent financial sales organization. DVAG offers comprehensive and cross-sector allfinanz advice for a broad section of the population, true to the company’s guiding principle “Wealth accumulation for everyone!”

Monthly training allowance

Students receive a monthly training allowance. Additional sources of income come from commission, a grant and – if required – a monthly training loan. Together with commission from self-brokered contracts, the costs of studying and living expenses can be fully financed. After completing their studies, sales-oriented young professionals are offered a future-proof job with excellent promotion prospects.

Applicants for this cooperation model not only have a high school diploma with an average grade of 3.0 or better, but also have a high level of social competence.
