BAUVISTA is a purchasing cooperation for independent DIY store and garden center operators as well as the building materials industry. The owners of these very different and unique companies are the shareholders and partners of BAUVISTA. Every garden center, DIY store, building materials retailer … is different and BAUVISTA reacts specifically to the needs of the market environment. After a detailed analysis of the local conditions, a concept is developed with the partners to determine which measures can be implemented with which service package. Here, each partner has access to experts in the respective specialist areas of purchasing, consulting, marketing and IT.

Hi, I’m David Kennke and I’ve been working at BAUVISTA since mid-2018 as a product group buyer for the plant, soil/fertilizer, animal, decoration and seasonal areas. Whether at work or in the garden at home, my motto is: “Creativity, passion and intuition make all the difference in your work.” Because that’s exactly what I do. With this attitude, I have found fellow campaigners at BAUVISTA! Flexibility and motivation determine our day-to-day work and never let it get boring. Greetings from Controlling! I’m Christina Lütkemeier and I’ve been part of BAUVISTA since 2019. I have a passion for figures, data and facts and ensure that the company has the right perspective. At BAUVISTA, I can use my strengths and develop personally. I have many capable colleagues at my side who are always on hand with help and advice, which makes working together a lot of fun. I love the sea and the feeling of freedom, and this combination is reflected in my hobby of boating. When a day at sea ends with a sunset, there is almost nothing better for me. So always a hand’s breadth of water under your keel!

Hello, my name is Sascha Oertel. At Bauvista, I’m mainly responsible for processing listings, creating advertising and producing catalogs for the plants, soil and fertilizer sector. I particularly enjoy working on new projects and taking on new challenges. In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking and playing pool. Photography is also a great hobby of mine, as I love being out in nature and being able to capture beautiful moments for eternity.
Dual study program with BAUVISTA
BAUVISTA offers you in cooperation with the FHDW in Bielefeld the Bachelor programs Business Administration and Business Informatics programs. In the dual study program, you will complete the three-month theoretical phases at the university in Bielefeld and the three-month practical phases at BAUVISTA in Lage. BAUVISTA will cover your tuition and examination fees and support you with a fair monthly scholarship.
