The topic of young talent has a high priority

ATLAS does not simply provide training, it trains for itself. It therefore invests a great deal of time and expertise in its training programs in order to provide its students with the best possible foundation for their personal and professional development and to prepare them optimally for their careers.

In cooperation with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach, ATLAS offers a dual Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science. The course focuses on application development in IT. After comprehensive onboarding, students get to know all departments of the company that are relevant to their studies. In addition to application development, this also includes an insight into UX Design, Cloud & Development Services and Test & Release Management. Colleagues involve students in day-to-day business from the outset and share their knowledge. For the students, this results in numerous advantages such as studying and vocational training in one and a high chance of direct employment.

Students receive an attractive monthly training allowance. In addition, ATLAS covers all study costs and the cost of a room in the FHDW hall of residence.
