Dual study program with Aleri
Aleri is always on the lookout for people with courage, imagination and stamina who can always find the exact solution that makes the difference for customers. This is why the consulting firm has established a cooperation with the FHDW in Bergisch Gladbach: to train the IT specialists of tomorrow.
Together with the FHDW, Aleri is looking for you as a committed junior employee for a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics with a specialization in Software Engineering at the Cologne location. In the practical phases at Aleri, the focus is on strong involvement in practice-relevant topics. The students support the specialists in the projects and thus get to know the content of future fields of activity at first hand.
Your training and study focus
During your studies, you will learn the theoretical foundations that you will apply and test in practice with Aleri. Together with your colleagues, you will work on customer and internal projects in various industries. The focus areas within Aleri are diverse. Your interests and ideas will be clarified in an individual discussion and, based on this, exciting tasks will be sought for you. These include, for example
- You will develop and establish architectures in the software and infrastructure environment based on the latest technologies, such as in the cloud environment, or in the area of Java application development using Spring and JEE. You will also have the opportunity to work with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue.js in the area of front-end development.
- You develop and implement operating models and individual software solutions.
- You develop mobile apps taking into account modern UX and UI requirements.
By working on projects, you will gain insights into (agile) project planning and control and acquire a comprehensive set of methods. As part of your tasks, you will develop your presentation and communication skills and learn how to work in a team.
