The FHDW Scholarship aims to support talented and committed FHDW students during their studies. On the one hand, it provides financial support, and on the other, it offers a comprehensive range of services to promote individual personality and skills.<\/p>

The FHDW awards up to three scholarships per campus for each academic year (excluding Marburg). The scholarship is awarded to students on dual full-time degree courses<\/a>.<\/p>

How we promote<\/b><\/h3>

The FHDW will waive half of your tuition and examination fees for the duration of your studies of three years. In addition to financial support, the FHDW scholarship also focuses on the personal development of scholarship holders. This includes interdisciplinary and personality-enhancing events and seminars. Scholarship holders are also supported by one-to-one coaching sessions in which personal potential is discovered and developed and career guidance is worked out. <\/p>

What is expected?<\/b><\/h3>

We expect scholarship holders to make a special commitment during their studies. This includes representing the FHDW to internal and external cooperation partners and actively participating in selected FHDW events or projects. <\/p>

Application<\/strong><\/h3>

Please send your complete application documents by e-mail to careerservice@fhdw.de. Your application must include a letter of motivation with the title \u201cApplication for the FHDW scholarship [please insert start and place of study]\u201d. We also ask you to include your CV and proof of the points 2, 3, 5 and 6 listed here under \u201cRequirements\u201d. After your documents have been checked, you may be invited to a personal interview. The application for the FHDW scholarship must be submitted before the start of the course.<\/p>

    You have a higher education entrance qualification or are aiming for one: Fachhochschulreife or general higher education entrance qualification or successful completion of advanced vocational training or vocational training and professional activity corresponding to the intended course of study in accordance with the \u201cOrdinance on University Access for Persons Qualified in Vocational Education and Training of March 8, 2010\u201d.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Good to very good academic performance in the final or last interim report.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    If you have completed an apprenticeship, the same applies to the training and vocational school certificate.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Successful completion of the FHDW selection procedure.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    High level of determination and motivation (proof through internships, part-time job, previous employment or similar).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    You apply online for a dual study program with us. In the application form, please upload documents such as your CV, photo, certificates, etc. After your documents have been checked, you will take part in the university’s selection process.<\/p>\n
